Beautiful Wedding Scalloped TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with an 8x8 card blank and covered it with a CUP backing paper.

I matted the base image onto gold dotty card, I added a pink glitter border and a punched paper border, I then added a pale pink feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the 5 layers with foam tape and matted a greeting onto the same gold dotty card & mounted that with foam tape.

I used Fruit Punch Stickles on the flowers and Star Dust Stickles on the champers, dress, curtains & rings.
