Scalloped Parisienne Shabby Pyramage Topper 3Completed by Audrey Wilson

I printed out onto smooth white card,Matted a scalloped card with co-ordinating card and added the base layer,I then built the decoupage with foam pads finished by embellishing with black corner peel offs and a co-ordinating bow with a gemstone added.Just that little bit unusual.
