I used an A6 card blank, cutting a strip from the right hand edge, then added an adhesive ribbon to the inside right edge of the card.

I adhered the main image panel to the card and decoupaged one centre panel and bow.

Glitter was added to the edge of the main panel, also four gems and a sentiment.
