I printed this topper onto gloss photo paper, I used scrap dots, for the decoupage, and I used DST. to mount onto a card stock that I printed with,
cup # 388148_168.
I then folded the card stock to make the card.
This is an easy, and quick topper to do.
I love this design,an excellent topper.
