Using a DL size card I layered up the invertage using foam pads. I layered that onto red mirror board and tied on red & white spotted organza ribbon. I then decoupaged the ladies using glue gel for shapeing and highlighted their
dresses with Sakura gel pens. Finally I decorated with peel offs and waste peel off.
