Happy New Year

I used a pale green base card and mounted the main image onto it (which had been printed on photo paper), I edged it with a gold border peel off, added the decoupage with foam pads and on the beer mug I also added "fluffy stuff" which when heated with the heat gune gives the raised fluffy effect, I stuck on some clear bubble stickers to the bubbles coming out of the champagne bottle.
