The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue textured DL card blank as my base. I tore a piece of text backing paper and inked it on the torn edge.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of blue mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used the greeting supplied and ribbon to decorate.
