Easy pyramid version of my original Dr Who card! Four sentiment tiles, two blank tiles for your own peel offs or stamps and two captions of the joke in a speech bubble or plain box.

I attached the main image to a DL card blank and added the layers using foam pads. I then added the speech bubble and sentiment also with foam pads. I finished with small black corners.
