I printed this on kodak matt finish photo paper. I used blue coloured card topped with red coloured tissue paper with gold flecks as the background, adhered with mounting squares.

For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with gold and white trim.
