I printed this lovely design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I took a square blank scalloped card and added the base design with d/s tape then mounted the decoupage with foam pads,I embellished with black heart stones in each corner,I have not added the sentiment at this stage.This is a quick and easy but stunning card.
