I printed out onto smooth white card,then cut our all the element,I took a blank scalloped card and added the base design then built the decoupage layers with foam pads,I embellished with a gunmetal tassel to the side, grey pearls to each corner and finished withj a little glitter bto the decoupage,a stunning design for valentines but would be suitable for weddings or anniversaries.
