On light blue textured cardstock I punched the bottom edge with EK Success Fleur De Lis edge punch. Printed Water Lily sheet on glossy photo paper. Made the sheet 3D with foam dots. Added “With thoughts of you” to the blank message box.
Punched narrow piece of wallpaper on both edges and added light blue ribbon and 5 gemstones to the punched wallpaper.
