I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out the element. I used a white 8x8 card blank and embossed a sheet of silver mirri cardstock and adhered that to the card blank using double sided tape. I cut off the black border from the main image and then decoupaged the hearts using silicone glue gel. I added a sentiment and a silver bow to finish.

A really stunning card.
