Spring Daffodils Shattered Pyramid SheetCompleted by Gwyneth George

I printed the design onto good quality glossy photo paper and then cut out the pieces. I matted the base image onto a iece of Centura Pearl Snow White card and trimmed to a fine border before sticking onto green Satin Board. I stuck a piece of background cup50992_5 that I'd printed and then trimmed with a wavy edged cutter onto the front of an 8" x 8" base card with a decorative edge, and also wrapped a piece of yellow ribbon around the spine of the card and tied in a bow at the top. The matted base image was stuck to this using 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape. The "shattered pyramid" pieces were built up in order, sticking each in place using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape (I put a bit of glue on the back of these to help slip the pieces into the correct place). I finished off the card with peel-offs, a dragon and the "Cyfarchion" (which is Welsh for "Greetings").

A very spring like image that could be used for a spring birthday, Mother's Day, or Easter.
