I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces and the pyramage. I layered it onto an aqua gloss card blank and attached metallic embossed strips above and below the image.
I spread some glue onto opposing corners of the image and sprinkled some tiny shells over it, dusting off any excess when it was dry.
This design is a wonderful fantasy image for all the lovers of mermaids.
