I printed out on decoupage paper and cut out the layers.I chose a beautiful softlemon pearl card and stuck down the main image leaving a border .I then shaped the rose petals and glued down using pinflair glue gel to give a beautiful 3d effect and added the Happy Anniversary banner underneath.A really beautiful card.
