Made up the decoupage and attached to a slightly larger peice of silver mirror card.

Took a grep square card and stuck a piece of the backing paper that was slightly smaller than the card to it, then put the decoupage onto this in the centre at the top.

Put a piece of green satin ribbon near the bottom and put the tag from the sheet onto this. Put a peel off greeting onto the tag and stuck some square "crystal" buttons on to the corners and the tag.
