I attached the main picture to a 7 x 5" card blank with double sided tape and added a thin black border.
I added lace and ribbon to the left hand side and then added a bow with heart.
I added the pyramid layers with foam pads and added a gem to the centre of the flower. I also added glitter to the top of the fan. Finally I added a birthday banner with gems.
