Copied to matte photo paper and cut out. I matted the base to blue card stock using wet glue. I then built up the center and the flowers using d.s.foam tape. Added the greeting, some scrolls and flowers from my kit. I have used Diamond Sparkle on the flowers.

This design is very elegant with beautiful blue tones and just a splash of pink. Can be used for various occasions.
