The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I created a 6x6 square card from black card. I mounted the topper onto an old cd. I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used a piece of the same black card and using the greeting I created a taglet and attached with black satin ribbon to the corner.
I used my Dymo labeller and card candy to decorate.
