I used an A5 tentfold card and covered it with Polka Doodles backing papers and elements from Complete Cardmaker free CD (issue 27): gridlocked papers, (tyres smoke and chequeurs tyretracks), Vespa toppers round greeting , and a word border from "Extra Cool Stuff".
I made the "grandson" greeting myself using a standard word processing programme. All of these were assembled onto the base card as shown. I cut out all the elements from the decoupage sheet, mounted the base circle onto a slightly larger circle of black card and stuck into place with glue and the rest of the layers were added using foam squares.
A great card for a teenage boy!
