Moored on the Beach

Moored on the beach. I made up this pyramid by stacking with mounting foam. I only used 3 of the pyramid pattern on top and used the third to make a nice tag.

As I was putting it together I decided to make it into my version and my first easel card. So I did enjoy making this card. It came together after a few trial and error in measurements but it did turn out with the effect that I wanted. I brightened up the background with a turquoise paper and added some glitter to the sand and around the inside frame to represent more glittering sand. I think it warmed up the card a bit. I added the best wishes and the sea gull was added last. And now I can make even more of these easel cards with some of my favorite prints. I really like this patterns images and the card pattern makes into a very nice card as is and is a much easier card to make.
