The sheet was printed onto thin card, the pieces cut out and mounted with sticky pads. A piece of plain blue card was attached to a square white card blank, then a smaller square of patterned paper attached on which I had printed a series of Happy Birthday's.

The decoupage Dominoes was placed in the centre and a silver peel off edging attached near the base.
