I used white A4 card and folded one side in about 3 1/2" approx. Covered the inside and front panel with blue textured card. Put a small black panel down front of card and edged with silver border.

Glued topper onto a piece of card to strenghten and then partly attached to the front of the card. Layered up the other pieces and put on sentiment and flowers to decorate
