Sophisticated LadyCompleted by Chris Smart

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all of the layers. Followed the clear instructional diagram to build up the fan decoupage, using 2mm foam strip. I mounted it onto an A5 white card. Love the red theme. It's different, and could be used for many different occasions.
