I found a gold, deckle-edged card in my stash that complemented the image on this card. I attached the main image onto the card using double-sided tape and added the decoupage layers with double-sided sticky pads.

Instead of the birthday greeting on the sheet I used a black Happy Anniversary peel-off. I really like this card.
