Art Deco Lady in BlackCompleted by Chris Smart

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all of the layers. Followed the clear instructions to build up the fan decoupage, using 2mm foam pads. Mounted onto an A5 card. This card could be used for many different occasions. Lovely image.
