Copied to matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. Backed the base card with d.s.t. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. Sprayed with gold Spray and Sparkle. Matted to patterned paper and then onto green card stock. Used Gold Stickles to highlight ballerina's costume. Added green flowers as a frame and a greeting.
