Pink Cupcake TopperCompleted by Barbara Small

I printed this onto good quality paper and then cut all the bits out. I then stuck the backing paper on to a base card. I then attached the cupcake bits to the card with foam pads in a tunnel sort of way.

I then selected the greeting I wanted and attached it with foam pads. Simple but effective card.
