Halloween Night 2 Card SheetCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I covered card stock with a black and white skeleton paper. I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to the card. I printed another copy of the frame, cut it out and stuck it on the card with sticky tabs.

I then assembled the witches decoupage and stuck on the "Happy Halloween" message.
