Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect. Add sentiment in desired location.

Add crystal gemsand stickers for added drama. Add organza ribbon to the side of image.
