Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a cream 6 x 6 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I placed the matching insert inside the card using d/s tape.

To finish I added some white pearl gems to the corners and the butterfly. The sentiment reads "Happy Birthday". Should you wish one of the other sentiments please contact me with your details.
