Aqua Butterfly & Flowers TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet off onto 200gsm CUP photo paper. I matted the base layer onto silver holo card, added a blue feather and mounted it onto an 8x8 card i'd covered with a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers and used Star Dust, Lagoon & Eucalyptus Stickles to give it some glitz.
