Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect.

Add coordinating ribbon on the side and a sentiment if desired. This card could even be used for an album cover or a book cover.
