I printed the design out onto quality photo paper, trimmed all parts, I then scored & folded matching card stock in half then attached the base card using double sided tape, I then added the additional pieces using sticky pads to give it a 3D effect.

Finished off with Happy Birthday peel off and a row of stick on beads down the side. Very easy and effective
