Blue Rose Fancy EaselCompleted by Denise Murray / Paperboo Creations

I printed the sheet out on to good quality photo paper to enhance the colours and followed the simple instructions to make the base card.I then decoupaged the elements using a mixture of 2mm foam tape and foam pads.A very pretty little card that is super easy to make but looks gorgeous!
