This card is a must for your collection - stunning and easy to make. Firstly, I printed out the sheet, cut out the elements, then mounted them with foam tape on the base topper.

I took a matching federation green cardstock and created the card base - which I then adhered the base topper with DST to.

Lastly adding the gold peel-off corners to finish it off.

Because the design lends itself to a lot of feminine occasions, you could also cut a small rectangular sentiment tag from the same base card cardstock and add a gold peel-off greeting to suit the occasion over the "Birthday Greetings" sentiment.
