I reduced the size slightly to fit a 5" x 7" card with room for a narrow border, then printed on matte photo paper.

I covered my card with a coordinating pearl cardstock, then attached the base image with dst and the pyramage and sentiment with silicone gel.

Added a vintage-look scrunchy bow and some Liquid Pearl embellishments. I also used the matching insert. A beautiful card and so quick and easy.
