I printed out the design onto smooth white card,then cut out the elements,I took a blank card ,matted with bright yellow pearl card,then added the base design,I used a punch to round the edges on all layers,I then added the decoupage with foam pads and added black peel offs to the sides and a greeting from my stash.Has made a lovely finished card.
