I printed this design onto photo paper, cut out and layered the images using 3d foam squares. I matted the design onto purple/lilac card and a white scalloped card. I added glitterdust, a birthday greeting banner and a white organza ribbon bow. So so pretty!
When I cut out circles, I steer the paper round the scissors, trying to keep the scissors still - this helps for a neat circular cut!
