The main topper was layered on to cerise mirri, then white glittered paper that had been punched around the edge, then silver mirri and then attached to a 10 x 7 white card.

A cerise ribbon was then added to the lower edge of the card and a bow added.

The decoupage layers were then added using pinflair glue, a silver text peel off was added to the blank panel, glossy accents to the centre of the medallion and a glitter gel pen was used to high light areas on the flowers to finish off this beautiful card.
