Printed onto glossy photo paper. I then cut out all the elements. I used double sided tape to attach main front onto a white textured card. I then started to layer the decoupage with foam pads. I used silver Happy Birthday stickers on the sentiment space.
I used bling on the flowers and on the sentiment and on the Bow. A really effective card and easy to construct.
