Japanese Floral Notecards 11, Climbing Rose, A5 Pyramid Card
What a luxurious card this makes! Lots of rich, dark colors and beautiful flowers and butterfly. GORGEOUS! Please note the placement of layers on this pyramid: all layers line up at the lower left portion of the pyramid, so the butterfly is the final layer.
Each layer has a faint outline of the succeeding layer to make placement easier.

Copied to matte photo paper twice so as to make up two cards in different styles. The first card follows the design. Cut out all the elements, applying the base with wet glue to green 4" x 6" green card stock. Layered the decoupage using double sided foam pads. Added a greeting badge from my kit . The second card I cut out the base and three of the layers, using the two left over I cut out the butterfly, once whole and then the upper wings. U wet glued the base on an angle to black card stock. Layered three ovals using double sided foam pads. I then layered the butterfly after shaping the wings with a shaping stylus. I added pink and pearl Stickles. I used black glitter glue around the edge of the base and put sunbursts in the corners. Added a greeting cut from green card stock.
Two completely different cards from the one beautiful design that will delight any recipient, male or female.
