printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a C5 card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.
This is a lovely design suitable for various occasions.

I printed the sheet out on photo quality paper and cut out all the pieces. I mounted the base piece on to a blue landscape card with dst, then used foam pads to layer the stackers.
I added a satin bow to left hand side, a small blue pearl on teapot lid and on greeting completed this.
Quick and easy.
