I printed a backing sheet from a CD onto an A4 sheet of white linen card and folded in half to make an A5 card.

The cup sheet was printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out and assembled, this was mounted onto silver mirri card and the whole thing attached to the centre of the base card.

Two holes were punched into the centre of the card near the spine and a green ribbon threaded through and tied into a bow.

A circle of card printed with the backing sheet was pierced with a hole at the top and silver jump rings threaded through and attached to the ribbon.

A silver Happy Birthday peel off was added to finish.
