Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect. Add sentiment in desired location.

Add crystal gems or other embellishments to image at intervals for added drama. Add organza ribbon beneath image and sentiment in desired location.
