I made a Curvy Shaped Stepper Card by cutting, scoring then folding a yellow, bubble embossed piece of A4 card.
I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper, cut and assembled the decoupage layer with 3D glue gel. I added a punched border, paper flowers and flat back pearls.
I added sentiment with foam pads.
