I printed this on Kodak matt finish photo paper. I used white coloured card topped with sky blue coloured card and chocolate brown coloured card as the backgrounds, adhered with 2mm adhesive foam squares.

For the base I used mounting squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with gold and white trim and blue bling.
