I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I attached it to a burgundy card base and used peel-off stickers to form a border, corners and a starry background.

The designer has done a beautiful job with the decoupage so that it builds up into a wonderful 3D topper.
