I applied a sheet of backing paper to good quality 160g white cardstock. I removed the elements from the sheet. Using silicone glue, I built up the layers of the central image. I completed the card by applying the message banner to the top of the card with foam tape.
This is a great looking card when finished & will bring a smile to anyone who receives this for a celebration.
